Description
" Maat stands, arms and wings outstretched, near Anubis who overseas the weighing of the deceased's heart (the heart representing the seat of the soul and its weight deciding its fate). Anubis, sitting before the scales, places Maat's feather on one side and the deceased's heart on the other. If the deceased has followed the seven principles of Maat his heart will weigh equal to the feather. He will become one with Maat (truth), and his soul will live eternally in Aaru. "

Fantastic image Eric! Reminds me of an image I've seen of a greek god holding the world on his back, can't remember where I saw it though.
Just letting you know the joint painting is finished but my computor programme which enables me to download images from my camera is being a pain! Will get it to work eventually. The cactus look great!
